Permanent jewelry is durable, but it’s still fine jewelry and can break under stress. If it breaks at the weld, we’ll repair it for free. If it breaks anywhere else, a small repair fee may apply.

Yes—simply cut the chain at the jump ring using scissors or wire cutters. Keep the chain! We can re-weld it later if desired.

We offer 14k gold-filled, sterling silver, and 14k PVD options, depending on your style and budget. All materials are highly tarnish-resistant and will last for years.

Certain medical facilities may require the removal of all metal. If necessary, you can cut your jewelry at the welded jump ring, then return to us afterward.  We’ll reweld it for you at no cost.
